BB2Coin© is a commercial brand operated by BuyBy2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. BuyBy2 LLC is the organization responsible for the personal-information practices described in this Policy for Blockchains Ecosystem© and BB2C© services. This Policy applies to bb2coin.com and the related ecosystem; separate BuyBy2-branded services may maintain separate policies.

BB2C© Discount Transactions and Blockchain Records

BB2C© units are restricted to facilitating discounts independently offered by participating businesses and Independent Providers. A discount transaction may generate wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, unit amounts, timestamps, provider identification and verification records. The participating provider may receive information needed to verify and fulfill the discount, subject to data minimization and applicable law.

Some blockchain records may be publicly observable, persistent or technically difficult to delete, and wallet addresses and transaction metadata may constitute personal information when linked to an identifiable participant. We therefore seek to avoid recording unnecessary directly identifying personal information on-chain, and requests to delete information may be subject to technical limitations and legal recordkeeping exceptions. This is distinct from the commercial rule that BB2C© cannot be converted into money and has no permitted use outside commercial discounts in Blockchains Ecosystem©.

1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

Depending on your relationship with BB2C© and the features you use, we may collect different categories of information, including identification and contact information such as your name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, country, telephone number, email address, and information needed to identify or verify an account or membership. We may also collect membership information, including membership category, registration and activation dates, application status, Founding Member status when applicable, benefits assigned, communications, payments made directly to BuyBy2 LLC, and administrative account history.

2. BUSINESS MEMBERS AND INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS

We may collect business name, legal name of the entity or owner, business address, contact information, website, category or type of activity, publicly available business-registration information, professional licenses or credentials, permits, insurance information, information needed to verify the business activity, promotions, discounts, offers, and information supplied for inclusion in the Blockchains Ecosystem©. BB2C© may supplement this information using legitimate public sources and other sources permitted by applicable law.

3. INDEPENDENT DRIVERS

When necessary to verify or administer an Independent Driver's participation, BB2C© may request identity and contact information, driver's license information, vehicle information, vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements. The information requested may vary by jurisdiction and by the nature of the services offered.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

BB2C© may charge disclosed activation, membership, or other fees. When payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, complete card information may be collected and processed directly by that provider. BB2C© seeks not to store full credit or debit card numbers when they are not necessary to operate its services. We may receive and retain limited transaction information such as payer name, amount, date, currency, payment status, transaction identifier, general payment method, and information needed for reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, and user support. Payments made directly between customers and Business Members, Independent Providers, Independent Drivers, or other third parties for their products or services are not payments received by BuyBy2 LLC.

5. BB2C© AND WALLET INFORMATION

BB2C© may collect and process technical information related to wallets and operations within the ecosystem, including public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers or hashes, public origin and destination addresses, BB2C© amounts, date and time, confirmation status, blockchain technical data, and information required for security, auditing, fraud prevention, and operation of the ecosystem. Certain information recorded on a blockchain may be public, permanent, or technically impossible for BB2C© to delete or modify. When a wallet is non-custodial, BB2C© should not require users to disclose a private key or seed phrase for ordinary use of the Platform. Users should never send private keys or seed phrases by email, SMS, support forms, or ordinary communication channels.

6. TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION

When a person uses our websites or digital services, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser, language, pages visited, access date and time, referring pages, interactions with certain features, technical identifiers, error logs, security information, and approximate location derived from technical information where permitted. We may use this information for operation, security, analytics, fraud prevention, and improvement of the Platform.

7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

BB2C© may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences and language selection, provide essential functions, measure performance and traffic, detect suspicious activity, analyze Platform usage, and improve the user experience. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, BB2C© will provide appropriate consent-management mechanisms. Users may also control certain cookies through browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

8. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use personal information to create and administer accounts; process membership applications; verify information; activate and administer memberships; provide BB2C© functionality; operate the Blockchains Ecosystem©; administer wallet-related functions; record operations; process payments made to BuyBy2 LLC; provide support; respond to inquiries; send administrative, membership, payment, verification, security, documentation, email, and SMS communications; prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity; investigate potential violations of our Terms of Use; protect users, systems, and legal rights; comply with accounting, tax, contractual, and legal obligations; develop and improve services; analyze performance; maintain internal records; enforce agreements and policies; and respond to valid legal requests.

9. EMAIL AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS

BB2C© may use the email address and telephone number provided by a user for registration, activation, payments, verification, security, required documentation, membership status, important service changes, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, support, and user-requested operations. Promotional communications are subject to applicable opt-out requirements. Essential account, security, transactional, or contractual communications may continue when necessary and legally permitted.

10. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Depending on the jurisdiction and activity, BB2C© may process personal information when necessary to provide a requested service, perform or prepare a contractual relationship, comply with legal obligations, protect Platform security, prevent fraud, exercise or defend legal rights, pursue legitimate business interests permitted by law, satisfy an applicable public-interest obligation, or act on the user's consent. Where processing relies on consent and applicable law provides a right to withdraw it, the user may withdraw consent subject to applicable legal limitations.

11. HOW WE MAY SHARE INFORMATION

BB2C© may share personal information when there is an appropriate business, operational, or legal purpose. Recipients may include hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, email and SMS providers, security and anti-fraud services, analytics providers, legal advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, contractors providing services to BB2C©, and governmental authorities when required by valid law. Service providers processing information on BB2C©'s behalf should receive only information reasonably necessary to provide their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

12. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

BB2C©'s business model is not based on selling members' personal information to data brokers. If BB2C©'s practices change in a manner that constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” or equivalent activity under an applicable privacy law, this Policy will be updated and legally required choice mechanisms will be provided.

13. PUBLICLY VISIBLE INFORMATION

Certain information about Business Members and Independent Providers may be published in the Blockchains Ecosystem© so users can find businesses and services. This may include business name, category, business location, website, photographs, promotions, business contact information, ecosystem status, and other information expressly intended for publication. Businesses and providers should not submit for publication personal information they do not want publicly accessible.

14. INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC SOURCES

BB2C© may collect legitimately available commercial or professional information from public sources to develop directories, verify information, and improve the Blockchains Ecosystem©. A business or professional appearing in a directory may not yet be an activated BB2C© member. Where appropriate, BB2C© may use “Pending” status to distinguish these situations. A person or business may contact BB2C© to request review, correction, or updating of information concerning them, subject to reasonable verification and applicable legal obligations.

15. INFORMATION SECURITY

BB2C© will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, loss, or destruction. Measures may include access controls, authentication, permission management, encryption where appropriate, backups, security monitoring, and internal procedures. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

16. DATA RETENTION

BB2C© will retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, contractual, security, and fraud-prevention obligations. Retention periods may vary by information category and relationship. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, BB2C© may delete or anonymize it, or retain it where a valid legal basis exists. Data incorporated into a blockchain may remain there regardless of BB2C©'s internal retention policies because of the technical nature of blockchain technology.

17. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to confirm whether BB2C© processes their personal information; access certain information; request correction or deletion; obtain a copy or request portability; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; opt out of certain marketing; or exercise rights concerning certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable. These rights are not absolute. BB2C© may retain or continue processing information when necessary or permitted to comply with law, prevent fraud, maintain security, exercise or defend legal claims, complete certain operations, or satisfy other lawful exceptions.

18. ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION REQUESTS

Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@bb2coin.com. BB2C© may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester's identity before responding. Where applicable law permits requests through an authorized agent, BB2C© may request reasonable documentation of that authorization. BB2C© will respond within time periods established by applicable law.

19. NON-DISCRIMINATION

Where required by applicable law, BB2C© will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for validly exercising privacy rights. Exercising certain rights may affect a feature when the information concerned is objectively necessary to provide that feature.

20. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

BB2C© is not designed for children under 13 to independently create accounts or provide personal information without legally required authorization. BB2C© does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If BB2C© learns that such information was collected inconsistently with applicable law, it will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise handle it as legally required. Certain memberships or activities may be limited to persons 18 or older when required by the service or applicable law.

21. INDEPENDENT DRIVER PRIVACY

Documentation supplied by Independent Drivers for verification will not be published in the directory unless there is a specific purpose, appropriate authorization, and corresponding legal basis. Driver's license numbers, insurance documents, government identifiers, and other verification records should be limited to personnel or providers who reasonably need access for the relevant purpose.

22. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

BB2C© seeks to limit collection of sensitive personal information to information reasonably necessary for a legitimate purpose. Where information considered sensitive under applicable law is collected, BB2C© will apply protections and limitations required by that law. Users should not provide sensitive information that BB2C© has not requested.

23. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. BB2C© does not control those parties' privacy practices. Use of an external service is subject to that provider's policies and terms, which users should review.

24. TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION

BB2C© operates from the United States and may use providers located in different jurisdictions. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside the state, province, or country where a user resides. Where applicable law imposes requirements for international transfers of personal information, BB2C© will use legally required mechanisms.

25. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Availability of BB2C© on the Internet does not mean every feature is legally or commercially available in every jurisdiction. International users may have additional privacy rights. Where an applicable privacy law grants rights not expressly described in this Policy, BB2C© will respect those rights to the extent legally required.

26. CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS

In connection with a reorganization, conversion, merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, creation of a successor entity, or other corporate transaction, information related to BB2C© may be transferred to the successor, acquirer, affiliate, or resulting entity, subject to applicable legal obligations. This includes a future conversion or reorganization of BuyBy2 LLC into a corporation or other legal entity. The successor entity will assume applicable obligations concerning transferred personal information.

27. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PROTECTION OF RIGHTS

BB2C© may retain, use, or disclose information when it reasonably believes doing so is necessary and legally permitted to comply with law or regulation; respond to a court order, subpoena, valid legal process, or lawful governmental request; investigate fraud; prevent illegal activity; protect users or systems; enforce the Terms of Use; or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Where legally permitted and reasonably appropriate, BB2C© will seek to limit disclosure to information necessary for the relevant request.

28. SECURITY INCIDENTS

If BB2C© determines that a security incident affecting personal information has occurred and applicable law requires notification, BB2C© will provide required notifications according to legally applicable requirements and deadlines. BB2C© may also take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident.

29. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

BB2C© may use automation for certain administrative, technical, security, or fraud-prevention functions. Where applicable law provides specific rights concerning decisions made exclusively through automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, BB2C© will provide legally required mechanisms when applicable.

30. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

BB2C© may periodically modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technologies, information practices, corporate structure, providers, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements. When changes are material, BB2C© will provide notice that is reasonably appropriate or legally required. The last-updated date will appear at the beginning of this Policy.

31. RELATIONSHIP TO THE TERMS OF USE

This Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual and operational framework applicable to BB2C© and should be read together with the Terms of Use. Specific features may require additional privacy terms or notices that supplement this Policy.

32. CORPORATE SUCCESSION AND REORGANIZATION

References in this Policy to BuyBy2 LLC include, where appropriate, any successor entity resulting from a conversion, reorganization, merger, or other legally valid corporate transaction. A future conversion of BuyBy2 LLC into a corporation, including a corporation formed in another state and subsequently registered to conduct business in Florida or other jurisdictions, will not by itself extinguish privacy obligations applicable to information previously collected.
