7. Who operates BB2Coin©?
BB2Coin© is currently operated by BuyBy2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The planned separation and reorganization of the BB2Coin© business has already formed part of the project’s corporate-development strategy. Subject to legal, tax, regulatory, corporate, financing and operational review, BuyBy2 LLC plans to reorganize or transfer the BB2Coin© business to a separate corporation formed in Delaware so that BB2Coin© may operate independently from BuyBy2 LLC. The medium-term objective is to organize and prepare BB2Coin© so that it may eventually pursue becoming a publicly traded company, subject to all required approvals and market, legal and business conditions. This remains a forward-looking corporate objective only. The reorganization has not occurred; no securities offering, public listing, financing transaction, final structure or completion date has been approved, commenced or guaranteed; and the plan may be modified, delayed or abandoned. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to invest or a promise of a future public listing.

17. Can BB2C© be transferred between wallets?
Transfers, when technically enabled and permitted, are limited to authorized ecosystem functions and the applicable rules. A transfer does not create cash value, external exchange value or a right to redemption.
18. What is a BB2C© wallet?
A BB2C© wallet is the technical account used to identify an address and interact with permitted BB2C© functions. Availability, activation, custody and recovery procedures depend on the applicable wallet program and its current technical stage.

20. Is the blockchain environment currently a production financial network?
No. The currently identified BB2C© blockchain environment is a test network used for development and verification. It must not be used for real-value custody. Public activation of the broader ecosystem remains subject to technical, operational and compliance readiness.
21. When is full activation planned?
The current public information states that full activation is planned for the second half of 2027. Timelines may change as technical, operational, legal and compliance requirements are completed.
22. What is Founding Member recognition?
Under the current public offer, eligible registrations completed by June 30, 2027 may qualify for Founding Member recognition subject to the applicable program terms. June 30, 2027 is the current program date and may be changed in the future. The date stated in the then-current written offer and applicable program terms will control. Recognition does not create ownership, investment rights or a guarantee of financial benefit.
23. Can an invitation or activation offer expire?
Yes. A particular invitation, activation link or promotional allocation may include a stated expiration date. The deadline shown in the individual notice or offer controls. Expiration of an offer does not convert BB2C© into cash or create a payment claim.

A payment processor handles only the disclosed monetary charge for eligible memberships, activations, products or services. It is not used as a cryptocurrency exchange, an external BB2C© marketplace or a BB2C© cash-redemption channel.
28. Are payments and activations always immediately available?
No. A registration or payment flow may be paused while pricing, verification, wallet delivery or processor integration is being synchronized. If the site states that no charge was initiated, the participant has not completed a paid activation.
29. Can BB2Coin© reject, suspend or review an application?
Yes. Applications and continued participation may be reviewed for eligibility, identity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational readiness and adherence to the Terms of Use.
30. Are refunds guaranteed?
Refund eligibility depends on the specific charge, the applicable offer, the Terms of Use and any mandatory legal rights. BB2C© itself is not redeemable for cash. Participants should review the displayed terms before submitting payment.

Each participant, business and Independent Provider is responsible for determining and satisfying its own applicable tax, licensing, reporting and regulatory obligations. BB2Coin© does not provide individual tax or legal advice.
